We won the Digitourism Award 2026 thanks to an innovative digital recruitment solution developed in collaboration with the Valais-based start-up HooRa.
By combining social media, automation and artificial intelligence, this approach enabled us to modernize our seasonal recruitment process and attract several thousand applications within just a few weeks.
This award recognizes an innovative initiative addressing a major challenge in the tourism industry: recruiting efficiently in a context of labor shortages while maintaining a strong human dimension throughout every stage of the selection process.
Each year, the Digitourism Award highlights tourism companies that use digital technologies in concrete and innovative ways to improve their services, organization and overall efficiency.
Innovative recruitment recognised
The World Ski Awards™ organization describes itself as "the only global initiative to recognise, reward and celebrate excellence in ski tourism." The public and industry professionals are invited to vote, with the latter's votes carrying more weight (5 times more).
The votes are submitted online on the World Ski Awards website. The voting works on a first-past-the-post system. Launched in 2013, this initiative has awarded industry professionals each year in multiple categories, such as "Best Ski Resort", "Best Ski Hotel", "Best Ski Boutique Hotel", or "Best Ski Chalet".
