A smooth introduction to skiing
Learn to ski whatever your age! The altitude, the crowds and the sheer vastness of the ski area can be intimidating, but don’t worry. Verbier 4Vallées has a range of zones specially designed for beginners and those who wish to improve their skills. So just take your time!
Beginners can use the three free of charge magic carpets – two in Verbier itself (Les Esserts and les Moulins) and one in La Tzoumaz.
Those who are gradually getting the hang of it and wish to push themselves a little bit further can safely enjoy the Verbier Station sector (which includes the Les Esserts, Les Moulins and Le Rouge lifts) or try one of the blue runs (the easiest) at the top of the ski area. Here’s a tip for you: the La Chaux sector is easily accessible either on skis or using the ultra-modern lifts, making it the ideal place to improve your skills. At the top, the panaromic view of the Combins massif is breathtaking.
Have a look at our interactive map to find all the different sectors.
