Great news! Getting to Verbier by cable car has just got even easier!
Since Winter 2021/22, the Le Châble - Verbier cable car is considered as public transport. This means that the cable cars runs daily from 5.15 am until 11.50 pm, and as well as that, you can use your Half Fare and GA travelcards on this route.
From 18 December 2021, at weekends and on certain public holidays, the “Verbier Express” connection from Geneva to Le Châble enables skiers and mountain enthusiasts to reach the snowy slopes of Verbier without changing trains.
Dates: Saturdays and Sundays, from 18 December 2021 to 1 May 2022 (except on 19 and 20 March) as well as on Friday, 31 December 2021.

The train serves the following stations: Geneva Airport, Geneva, Nyon, Morges, Lausanne, Vevey, Montreux, Aigle, Martigny and Sembrancher.
Vos Alpes Express
In addition to the Verbier Express, the CFF, in collaboration with the ski resorts, RegionAlps, the TPF and TMR, are launching a new train during the winter of 2021-2022 between Fribourg and Le Châble, without any change in Martigny!
Dates: Saturdays and Sundays, from 15 January to 13 February 2022 and from 12 to 27 March 2022.
The train serves the following stations: Fribourg, Romont, Palézieux, Vevey, Aigle, Bex, Martigny, Sembrancher, Le Châble.
On the way back, skiers will take the Verbier Express (dept. 17:27 from Le Châble) and change at Bex.
Free shuttle bus
Take advantage of the free shuttle bus in Verbier which is running the whole year to the cable car departure of Medran or Savoleyres.
