As a graduate of EHL Hospitality Business School in Lausanne, my passion for high-quality service has driven me, over the past seven years, to rise through the ranks of the luxury hospitality industry to become the catering manager and an executive board member of a five-star luxury hotel on the waterfront in Geneva.
My professional horizon broadened further when Téléverbier SA recruited me as their director of sales and marketing to manage the sales and marketing, catering and accommodation departments.
Across my departments, my role involves business development, increasing revenue, and maintaining relationships with our valued and long-standing partners. Alongside my team, we are dedicated to placing the customer at the heart of everything we do to anticipate all expectations and needs and fulfil them as best we can.
It is an ongoing process with constant challenges and a permanent focus on excellence. This is what motivates us every day to strive for the best.
