Located on the summit of the Attelas, this restaurant offers bistro cuisine with regional dishes.
Le Bistrot is represented by the chef Bert de Rycker, voted best discovery of the year in 2019. In 2024, Le Bistrot strengthened its reputation by joining the prestigious GaultMillau gastronomic guide, confirming its status as a must-visit address for gourmets.
We’ve put together a couple of recommendations from the menu to whet your appetite:
- Home-made smoked salmon, smoked at an altitude of 2,700 metres with a hay and tonka bean infusion, served with Norwegian-style, dill-flavoured bread and horseradish
- Burgundy côte de bœuf with braised shallots, mousseline potatoes and a béarnaise sauce
New: Purchase a day pass for pedestrian and get a discount of CHF 35 deducted directly from your bill (when you spend a minimum of CHF 70). When you ask for the bill, you’ll need to show proof of purchase: this could be either the receipt for your day pass for adult hikers or your online order confirmation for the pass.
