Located on the summit of the Attelas, this restaurant offers bistro cuisine with regional dishes.
Le Bistrot is represented by the chef Bert de Rycker, voted best discovery of the year in 2019.

- Home-made smoked salmon, smoked at an altitude of 2,700 metres with a hay and tonka bean infusion, served with Norwegian-style, dill-flavoured bread and horseradish
