Originally qualified as a mechanic/electrician, I then chose to work as a mountain guide, which I enjoyed for over seven years. However, I am very interested in ski lifts and therefore decided to join Téléverbier in 2005. Over the years, I was promoted and became operations manager in 2014. In the winter, I manage a team of 240 people, which presents a lot of daily challenges. These just make my job even more interesting, though. I also enjoy working for a company which constantly invests in the future to maintain its position as one of the best resorts in the world.
