Welcome to the verbier4vallées.ch website!
Are you the lucky owner of a Verbier 4Vallées voucher that you would like to use for your next online purchase? Nothing could be easier!
Here are the steps you need to follow to purchase your pass:
Choose your pass
To buy a ticket online with your voucher, go to our website verbier4vallees.ch and click on Tickets and then on Lift passes or Activities.
Select the product mentioned on your voucher. For ski passes, choose the area for which your voucher is valid.
Please note: you cannot buy a 4 Vallées pass with a Verbier voucher. You can buy tickets for the connection between the two areas directly from the Téléverbier sales outlets.
Date and category
Choose a date on the calendar and the category that you want to buy.
Please note: if you want to buy 2 passes using 2 different vouchers, please make the 2 purchases separately.
Insurance and ski lockers
Finally, you have the option to add insurance to your pass and to reserve a ski locker. You can also always purchase these two options later on directly at the Téléverbier ticket office for tickets as well as for the rest of our products.
Checkout
At the checkout, you can either log in to pay, or pay for your purchases as a guest. Fill in all your contact information and personalise the ticket(s) added to the basket.
To receive your purchase you can:
- Load it onto your keycard
- Load it onto your SwissPass
- Pick it up on site if you do not have a card that you can load the pass onto.
Please note: the keycard will be charged at CHF 5.00 in addition to your pass and is not refundable.
Payment
Select your payment method – and enter your code in the “coupon code” section. Depending on the voucher you have, some or all of the total amount will be deducted. If only part of the total is deducted, please select a payment method to pay for the remainder (Visa, Mastercard or TWINT).
Having organised how to pay any residual amount if applicable, proceed to payment. You will receive a confirmation email from us. If you have selected the “ticket pick-up” option, you will receive a voucher by email that you can present at our cash desks or vending machines to pick up your pass.
