A real mid-summer highlight, the Family Festival returns on Sunday 2 August for a fun-filled, festive day on the La Chaux mountain pasture, at an altitude of over 2,000 metres, above Verbier.
The day will begin at 11.00 am with an open-air mass, celebrated against the backdrop of the majestic Combins massif, followed by the opening of the food stalls and the start of the many entertainment activities. Barbecued meats, Pizza, crêpes and other treats will be on offer throughout the day.
Once again, the programme promises to delight people of all ages. At 12.30 pm, acrobatic slackliner Lyell Grünberg will put on an impressive opening performance combining balance, technique and thrills. At 12.45 pm, it’s time to be amazed by Pierre Bastaroli’s magic show, before the stage is handed over to the band PYTOM at 2.00 pm for a lively and festive live concert. A second slackline performance will bring the entertainment to a close at 3.30 pm.
The little ones won’t be left out either. Bouncy castles, face painting, creative workshops, balance games and plenty of fun activities will ensure they enjoy a day full of discoveries and fun. Meïno, the Verbier 4Vallées mascot, will also be on hand throughout the day to meet the children and capture some lovely family memories.
Held in an exceptional natural setting, the Family Festival is the perfect opportunity to enjoy a day in the mountains, share a convivial moment and discover the landscapes of the Alpage de La Chaux in a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

A special rate of CHF 25.– is available for the lifts, allowing you to easily reach the Alpage de La Chaux and make the most of this festive day.
