Price changes at 4 Vallées

Until now, the various subscription categories were not available on the same dates, which could cause confusion, particularly for families. From now on, a single pre-sale period applies to all customers, which simplifies the purchasing process and makes the range of options clearer. This standardisation was decided jointly by all the ski lift companies in the 4 Vallées, and not by Téléverbier alone.

Setting up an annual pass takes longer than purchasing a day pass, particularly for families. By encouraging people to buy in advance, we reduce queues at the start of the season and provide a better experience for all our customers. Passes can also be purchased directly via our online shop.

No. Since the winter of 2025–2026, customers on the ‘Indigène’ tariff have also been able to purchase their season tickets directly online (an option that customers outside the French-speaking part of Valais have long enjoyed). Buying online saves a significant amount of time and avoids having to visit the ticket office.

The change to the pricing periods for annual season tickets has already been communicated to all partners, both via partnership agreements and a dedicated newsletter. Partners may continue to send us lists of their employees, specifying the number of season tickets and the desired categories, to commercial@televerbier.ch

We would like to remind you that the date of payment at our points of sale determines which fare applies. Partners can therefore purchase season tickets in advance for their employees to benefit from the fare in force at the time of payment. Seasonal workers can also purchase their annual season tickets directly on our website and benefit from the same fare conditions depending on the date of purchase.

Like all companies in the sector, we are facing rising operating costs, particularly in relation to energy, fuel, facility maintenance, staff costs and new projects and facilities (127 million francs invested over the last four years). This price adjustment enables us to maintain the quality of our infrastructure and ensure a high-quality experience for our customers.

This tariff had not been adjusted since the winter of 2023–2024, despite rising costs. Even following this adjustment, it remains the most competitive tariff on offer, with a discount of around 50 per cent compared with the standard tariff, which is also rising. The aim remains to maintain a significant benefit for local customers whilst ensuring the long-term viability of this offer.

Yes. Even following this change, the ‘Indigène’ fare remains particularly attractive, with a 50 per cent discount on the standard fare. Not all resorts offer a comparable level of discount to their residents: Téléverbier therefore continues to offer a special deal to its local customers.

Téléverbier is a major economic player in the region. The company provides several hundred permanent and seasonal jobs and pays the vast majority of its total wage bill in Valais, with a significant proportion going to the municipality of Val de Bagnes. It also gives priority to local businesses for its investments and procurement: contracts worth over CHF 25 million have been awarded to them since 2020.

Yes. Over the past four years, more than 127 million francs have been invested in infrastructure development, notably the Esserts–Savoleyres combined lift, the Lac des Vaux II chairlift, snow-making facilities and year-round tourist infrastructure. The Tournelle chairlift will also be replaced in 2028 by a detachable 6-seater chairlift. Other major projects are currently under consideration.

The season ticket allows you to enjoy the ski area during both the winter and summer seasons, covering nearly 285 days of operation. It also includes:

  • Access to the 4 Vallées ski area
  • A benefits booklet worth over CHF 8,000
  • Over 50 free days’ skiing in partner ski areas
