In 2012, for its 20th anniversary, FORCE established two annual sporting events in Verbier and Lausanne Chalet-à-Gobet, allowing the general public to support children’s cancer research by taking part in a sports or fun race.
Open to elite and amateur athletes, families and children, runners, walkers and Nordic walkers, these events are also moments of sharing and conviviality.
This year, as well as the classic 8-km course with an altitude difference of 1'000 metres, we’ve created a “fun race” around the summit of Savoleyres, covering a distance of 4 km and with an altitude difference of 200 metres.
A pasta party will welcome all participants at the Savoleyres restaurant. The return to the resort will be provided by Téléverbier for those who wish. Accompanying persons who do not wish to walk up or down can also use the lifts.
Sports race: Verbier Sports Centre - Savoleyres, via La Marlénaz and the foot of the Pierre Avoi mountain, 8 km and an altitude difference of 1,000 metres
Fun race: Savoleyres - Croix-de-Cœur - top station of the Les Etablons ski lift - Savoleyres, 3 km and an altitude difference of 200 metres
Categories: ladies, men, girls aged up to 16 years and boys aged up to 16 years.
Come and run or walk in a relaxed atmosphere and support children’s cancer research.
