On Thursday 7th August at 7.00 pm, our restaurant will be opening its doors exceptionally in the evening for a unique culinary experience, in a summery and convivial atmosphere.
For this occasion, our chef is offering a three-course menu for CHF 72.–:
- Tuna tataki in a sesame crust
Ginger soy sauce with grapeseed oil
- Bresse chicken roulade, Marengo-style
Fresh tagliatelle and caramelised carrots
- Roasted apricot halves with rosemary
Vanilla ice cream
The evening will be enhanced by live music from Kudos Live, blending the sounds of a DJ and a cello.
