We hope lots of you will join us for this community clean-up day, which aims to keep our beautiful mountain clean!
On Sunday 16 August 2026, the Verbier Bike Festival, Verbier Tourism, the Municipality of Val de Bagnes, Téléverbier SA and the Summit Foundation are joining forces for a major litter-picking day across the Verbier ski area.
Programme
10.00 am | Meet at the Clean-Up Tour stand on Rue de Médran: welcome & distribution of equipment, briefing, followed by coffee and croissants at Café Médran
Lunch | Picnic in the field, provided by the Verbier Bike Festival & Verbier Tourisme
3.00 pm | Participants return to the Clean-Up Tour stand on Rue de Médran with the collected rubbish: weighing and sorting of rubbish, group photo, debriefing
4.00 pm | End of the day
Good to know
- A picnic is provided as a thank you. Please feel free to bring a snack and a water bottle with you for the clean-up, to avoid any unpleasant surprises.
- Gloves, sorting bags and ski lift passes are provided on site. If you have your own pair of gloves, please feel free to bring them with you.
